I use Adobe Audition 1.5 and recorded a session a couple years ago on the same PC I still have. About 8 tracks and those tracks were saves as PCM wave files. These files play fine in Windows Media Player. But when I try to open these files in Audition today it says they are not the right format. When I look at them in windows file view with the details checked for bit rate, audio sample size, and audio sample rate, the bit rate says 0kbps, and the latter two are blank. What I don't understand is that they used to open, and I did not change these files. What can I do to open them?
