I can speak about the Creative Suite, I can't speak about Lightroom (ask in the Lightroom forum). I recommend that you deactivate the Suite on the old computer first. Then do a fresh install on the new computer. Then do any necessary updates with the Adobe updater application. Adobe software (especially the Suite) is much too complex to trust Migration Assistant to move everything. It's a bit of a pain, but my experience is that the extra time at the beginning is work various problems that might occur later. However, Migration Assistant works well with moving almost any other software.
