Again...if you're upgrading you can't be using three computers. That's 
simple and it sounds like that's what you've been doing.

So figure our which one you don't need and install the software on the 
other two in the order in which they were released...CS, CS3, then CS4 
if you want them all.

If not, just install CS4 and have the serial number from CS3 and the 
disks handy.
