James,
Oi... fanboy...
Please check your facts before jumping down my throat.
PS> Using case sensitive volumes avoids file name collision in the directory
tree and many other problems. Welcome to the 21st century.
Then you're sailing in a 21st century boat for one. Most Mac users don't have an issue with "name collisions in the directory tree" -- however that manifests itself in a Mac.
CS2 will work perfectly well in a case sensitive environment just so long
as you open the package and make everything properly cased.
You're on your own with any hacks. Aside from that, you still haven't told us how you set up your system to run CS or CS2 under Leopard. I think the folks here would find that very useful.
CS2 would work flawlessly if Adobe's programming or support department
would simply write a patch to rename the files in the proper case that
the program searches for them in
Few software developers are going to write compatibility patches for 4-year-old/2-versions-behind software.
