Anyone know if CS1 or CS2 will run on Intel Mac Pros from December 2008?

If so, where are the problems (besides everywhere)?

We're waiting for authorization for CS4 Upgrades but in the meantime was wondering if we can limp along in Leopard 10.5.6.
