Adobe CS1 worked fine on my XP machine and also on my Vista machine. When I installed a plug-in for Read Text, Acrobat hung up on me each time I tried to run it. I uninstalled it and ever since I get an "INVALID SERIAL NUMBER" message with any CS1 product. The installed programmes still run okay but Acrobat won't install and I can't install Go Live. The serial number is definitely correct and matches that shown on the installed programmes.

Adobe say they can't help as CS1 is no longer supported.
