If I don't get any replies here, I'll call the number (it's just, I've dealt with calling that number before, and it's never pretty, so was hoping to get some info from here). And I understand your point about the CS3 to CS4 upgrade, I wasn't trying to be difficult, but I really don't want to get into a "discussion" about the decision not to upgrade to CS4.
