I have a 3-year old 15" MacBook Pro, w.OSX, 10.5.6, 2.4 GHZ Intelcore Duo, 2 GB 667 mhz DDr2 SDRAM. I have 80.2 GB Available. While my Photoshop CS3 worked fine for quite a while (over a year) since its installation, it now crashes on opening of most of my photos. It does open some without problem, but very few. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least 4 times to no avail. I emailed one of the photos that crashed PS to a friend who has CS3 and he opened it without a problem. I have a long crash report with 13 threads if that helps, but since it is so long, I will only copy the first bit here.

Any thoughts? Fortunately, I use PS as a hobbyist and am not in the fix that BrooklynJ is in.
