We are running Mac OS 10.4.2, trying to use Adobe Creative Suite 2. The main users are student users, all of which are Active Directory Network accounts. When logged in as a student users, a number of problems occur: * From any of the suite applications, the users are unable to run Help from within the program. * When trying to run Bridge from within photoshop, the following error is displayed: photoshop.invokeBridge (false, false, ");" * Some other errors occur when starting other suite applications... I don't have one of the machines in front of me, but One comes to mind along the lines of "I/O Error Line 1" or maybe "Line 2" when starting Illustrator. The kicker is.... NONE of these issues arise when logged in as an administrator, wheather it be the local administrator account or an Active Directory administrator account. Only the student accounts have this problem. We can not make the students administrators, obviously. But it appears that there is a permissions issue that is causing these problems. Does anyone know if there are certain directories or something that I could alter user rights to so that these applications function correctly? I greatly appreciate anyone's input on this... thanks in advance. Nic
