I may be a big moron for buying the CSCS2 because after reading that it needed OSX10.2.x ~ 10.3.x to run, I have come to realize that I may have just bought this thing and it wont even work on my computer. Instead, I should probably start at the beginning than at the end of my train of thought; I bought CSCS2 and installed it onto my computer running 10.4.2. I didnt have any problems installing it, but when I go to open *any* of the applications, they always crash on open, and every last one crashed for the same reason (as-per the log): OS Version: 10.4.2 (Build 8C46) Report Version: 3 Command: Adobe Photoshop CS2 Path: /Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS2/Adobe Photoshop CS2.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe Photoshop CS2 Parent: WindowServer [65] Version: 9.0 (9.0x196) (9.0) PID: 315 Thread: 0 Exception: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (0x0001) Codes: KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE (0x0002) at 0x00000000 I have no idea what any of this means, but from the 'protection failure' and 'bad access' string I figured it ment It had bad permissions set for the application. So, I went and checked all of the [singular] application permissions, and they seemed normal. I dont know what to do, and I dont know how to fix this. I've already opened the software, installed the disks, and registered my products, so Im guessing if it is some sort of compatibility issue, adobe is basically going to go tell me tough s***. If anyone has had this problem, or (god-willing!!) knows how to solve it, I would be **beyond** grateful.
