W/ OSX3 CS2 - where did the "delete missing plug-in data from document" option get to? We tried Sonar Bookends some time ago with ID2- the "delete missing plug-in data from document" option made any resulting files unreadable, so we left the plugin in our system; as a result I had to update it w/ a newer version to be able to make book files in CS2. We don't use this plugin and would like very much to just be done with it. Any ideas?
