Okay- this isn't the place I know- but since I've gotten no response from Adobe "customer service" I've learned through experience that the only way to get anyone's attention is to go to the forums. On March 13th I tried to give Adobe a lot of money to buy the CS4 suite. On February 17th this turned into a "trouble" ticket tagged "escalation" and I was told via phone that I would be called by a manager. I haven't heard from them since. Are they insane? After purchasing Adobe products for almost 20 years- having almost every program they make in my computer- when I want to give them *more* money during the worst economy *ever* they've decided to ignore a *purchase* request? Okay- they may have gotten miffed when I told them they make Quark look compassionate- but hey guys- we're talking $$$$$.
