Be sure to keep apps you might want to use. Also you might want to hang on to everything until you are accustom to CS4. If you get rid of CS2 then discover you need it, you will have to uninstall CS4 before you can reinstall CS2. If you use Imageready you might want to keep the Photoshop folder. Also if you use GoLive and have sites in GoLive you might want to Keep it to. There is no GoLive or Imageready in CS4. Once you have decided what you need to keep, just trash what you don't want and delete. This is the last creative suit that you can do this with. CS3 and CS4 must use the uninstaller to remove them from the computer.

Buko's comments are valid but quite general. In your apps folder will be a folder call 'Adobe Creative Suite 2'. Within this is an' uninstallers' folder which contains the file 'How to uninstall.pdf' This talks you through the various folders/files to remove. BUT BEWARE - this was written before CS3/4 existed and as my post points out, there will be some folders it suggests you remove, but that CS4 actually need (http://www.adobeforums.com/webx/.59b82bde) I'm seeking a new 'How to Remove CS2 after installing CS4' document myself
