RESOLVED ---- Thanks Markus, I followed the steps you laid out and it worked, I had to delete the CS4ServiceManager folder but it worked :) And to answer your question, it is a pop up message but in Adobe drive itself, like the message that comes up when you enter invalid login credentials, I took a snapshot and I could make it available for you, can you send me some email address I can direct it to? Again , Thanks for your help.
