I'm trying to run Version Cue on a dual core Intel-based iMac under 10.5.5. When I start the program from the system preferences pane, start up fails and the console log reports the error message:

An instance of VC Server is already running using this workspace.

I just applied the update to 4.0.1 but that did not correct the failure. I know from activity monitor that no other version of the program is running.

Anyone else having this problem with CS4 Version Cue or know how to correct the issue? Thanks in advance,
