Upgrading from VC CS2 to CS4 - where can I get CS3 to help migrate!?

I know that in order to update the workspaces in version cue cs2 to cs4 that cs3 is needed. However cs3 is no longer available on the website and the customer service line is no help whatsoever. First they do not understand what I am talking about and when I finally get them through it they just tell me to go out and purchase cs3! This is ridiculous! Please someone help point the way to getting a cs3 trial ( as indicated somewhere else in this forumsto do ) so that we can make the proper transition of our workspaces. thank you for any help in advance!
