This is the scenario.

A large indesign document is created. Various people, local and across the county need to mark it up for changes, spelling errors, in-correct art work, etc... After the changes are completed, the people who requested changes need to sign off on the completed changes.

I can initiate a review on the first version. Everyone can post notes and see other notes. all works great.

What I can not do is on the 2nd version with the completed changes is import everyone's comments from the 1st version into the document for approval of completed changes.

What I've done as an VC administrator is export the version 1 PDF comments (FDF) and then import them into version 2 PDF. At this point I can see everyone's comments. Then I Click "send and receive". now all the comments are gone.

Is there a method of importing or migrating comments from first version to second version as a administrator? Or should I be exploring a different approach?
