Hi Iwan,
did you update to 4.01.? There was a bug around migration in 4.0 that's now resolved.

- Shut down all your servers (CS3 & CS4)
- You then need to copy the Migration plug-in directory "com.adobe.versioncue.migration_3.1.2" placed at:
...\Common Files (x86 on 64bit systems!)\Adobe\Adobe Version Cue CS4\Server\cs3-migration-plugin\
into
...\Common Files (x86 on 64bit systems!)\Adobe\Adobe Version Cue CS3\Server\plugins\

-Now start both servers again.
-Go to the Admin page of the CS4 server.
-Go to the Advanced tab.
-there to the migrate link
-click it
-you have to enter the CS3 login credentials to login
-now you should get a list of projects to import.
- select each project and import, one by one

Hope that helped

Markus
