CS4 Cue server won't start after CS2 uninstall

I upgraded from CS2 to CS4. Wasn't using Version Cue in CS2. Had several projects working fine with CS4 version cue. When I uninstalled my CS2 suite, it uninstalled mysql as well it appears. Now my version cue server won't start at all.

What steps should I take to get my CS4 version cue server back up and running so I can access my projects inside it?
