Windows XP Creative Suite 3 Premium Version Cue CS3 worked fine until our IT person upgraded us to Office 2007 and migrated our e-mail access to an Exchange server. Now when I hope Photoshop, InDesign, etc. and they say "attempting to connect to server" I get the following box text: "Project Login" "Login to project "X" on server "Y." User: Password: * **I print screened the login window so you could see it - <http://www.swcaton.com/vclogin.jpg> The problem is that all of my Version Cue projects have sharing ON and login NOT REQUIRED. I tried creating another user with a username/password, but those and every other possible password don't work. What am I missing? Is this a conflict between Office 2007 and CS3 or is CS3 for some reason thinking the server is in a new place because of the new Exchange server? I know I could uninstall/reinstall, but I really don't want to do that (plus save backups of projects with versions intact, etc.).

Hi Seth, this seems to be related to your login credentials. Are all users created automatically or did you create the users before Exchange was installed? Sounds like. Automatically created users may have changed if your domain have changed in relation to the Exchange server implementation. What happens if you give the email login credentials and save them? Does that work? Or just re-create all users. We strongly recommend you set up projects with user permissions: shared and login required. Maybe re-setting permissions and users will solve this and you may go ahead as before? Hope that helps. If not - come back and I will see what more can be done. Markus
