Panther Classic Mode and Dimensions and Streamline

Updated OS X 10.2.8 users to 10.3.4, which were running Adobe Dimensions
and Adobe Streamline in Classic mode with zero problems.
Each are running G4's ( 466mhz to Dual 1GB), 1GB of Ram on each,
and when they try to run either Adobe Streamline or Adobe Dimensions 3,
Classic launches and once they are in "Classic" mode,
the applications do not work like they should. Streamline will open a tiff
image, and the file will be distorted and sections will be missing,
and in Adobe Dimensions, the Palettes are off, and redrawing documents
slows down to a c r a w l. All other OSX apps ( Illustrator CS, Photoshop CS,
Entourage X, Safari) seem to be working at 100%, no problems.

I have repaired permissions, ran fsck -y -f, and have trashed the preferences.
Nothing seems to fix the problems.

Anybody else having problems with these apps or Classic apps
in General? I know Quark 4 and printing is hosed under 10.3.4,
as well as having numerous broken links to networked pictures/logos...
but we're switching to Indesign and that seems to help.
:)
