The docs say you have to specify the full path to the file but it works for me just giving the file name when it's in the settings folder. The full path would be safer.

Is your file named "AGS-Print" or is it "AGS-Print.joboptions"? Either way should work as long as you use the full name in the options attribute.

In any case, you should be seeing an error in the log if the options path isn't valid and AGS will fail to write the output.

Just to make sure it isn't something about the source file, process a simple PSD.
