AGS can't directly convert from PDF to EPS but Adobe Document Server (ADS) can--it has a convertPDFToEPS command The convertPDFToEPS command converts one page at a time. If you want to convert a 5 page PDF, you would call convertPDFToEPS 5 times while specifying page numbers.
