I saved the file with Photoshop 7 as an EPS with a resolution of 300 dpi so if I understand the documentation when I use convertPSToRaster GS should convert it to a 300 dpi psd. It is just a CMYK image and contains no vector graphics. Even if I specify a resolution in convertPSToRaster it still gets converted to a 72 dpi psd. And I get a log warning which says "convertPSToRaster 'resolution' parameter ignored for QuicEPS conversion"
