I ran altercast on both servers. At each one, the command creates altercastserver process that ends quickly.
The difference is that on main server altercast still show in Task manger

Moreover, when ran the command on the backup server as another admin user it gave the same behavior on the main one. It appears that some policy or privilege is missing to successfully running altercas!
