Hi Asim,
you should get the Java 2 sdk and when you install it, by default it will be in C:\j2sdk1.4.2_04.

You need to give this value to the Java_Home path.
Easiest way to do is to right click on My Computer and then click on Advanced tab and then you will see tab for setting Environment variables, in that you can edit the Path.
