For some installations of AGS 2.0, AGS returns an error:
 C:\Program Files\Adobe\Graphics Server 2.0\bin>AlterCast.exe -version
 Adobe Servers p162
 UNREGISTERED. Missing personalization information.
 Adobe Servers p162

The problem is related to AlterCastServer.exe. This file is patched by the AGS 2.0 installer to contain "personalization information". Sometimes the installer fails to patch the file and the error is subsequently returned.

Try installing on other machines until one works. Copy bin\AlterCastServer.exe to the desired server.
