I am trying to convert a psd file to a pdf file using the following command:
 <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<commands>
	<loadContent source="file:///d:/test/36136.psd"/>
	<convertRasterToPDF />
   <saveContent name="file:///d:/test/36136" appendExtension="true" />
</commands>
I am getting the following error:
Could not complete this operation because a Normalizer error occurred.

Does anyone knows what is wrong?

Thanks in Advance,

Ravi

Normalizer is the name of the code library used to convert PSDs to PDF. The error message isn't of much help.

- Try converting the PSD to a PDF in Photoshop and see if you get a better error message or can see a problem with the conversion.
- Is there anything unusual about the PSD?
- Can you convert the PSD to a JPEG without error?
- Do other PSDs work for you--that points to some problem in that PSD. Either it's damaged or is using a feature that's unsupported in AGS/ADS.

Past that, you'll probably have to contact support and send them the problem file.
