Guys, am having problems...getting a "Could not complete this operation because the attempt to open file:///C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/AccessADSWebService/files/kb_record.fo for reading failed."

Here is my code...

Dim objResponse As response
        Dim objADSWebService As Service
        Dim objServiceRequest As AccessADSWebService.request
        Dim objRequestFile(1) As RequestFileType

Dim strCommand As StringBuilder = New StringBuilder

Try

strCommand.Append("<?xml version=""1.0"" encoding=""UTF-8"" ?>" + ControlChars.Lf)
            strCommand.Append("<commands resultOverwrite=""true"" >" + ControlChars.Lf)
            strCommand.Append(ControlChars.Tab + "<loadContent source=""file:///C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/AccessADSWebService/files/kb_record.fo"" />" + ControlChars.Lf)
            'strCommand.Append(ControlChars.Tab + "<loadContent source=""file:///C:/kb_record.fo"" />" + ControlChars.Lf)
            strCommand.Append(ControlChars.Tab + "<formatXSL />" + ControlChars.Lf)
            strCommand.Append("<saveContent name=""file:///C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/AccessADSWebService/files/kb_record"" appendExtension=""true"" />" + ControlChars.Lf)
            strCommand.Append("</commands>" + ControlChars.Lf)

objADSWebService = New Service
            objServiceRequest = New request
            objResponse = New response

Response.Write(Server.HtmlEncode(strCommand.ToString))
            objServiceRequest.commands = strCommand.ToString
            objResponse = objADSWebService.Execute(objServiceRequest)

Catch ex As Exception
            Response.Write(ex.StackTrace & " " & ex.Message)
        End Try
