Having Installed and Re-Installed Master Suite CS4 several times, I cannot get any Library items to load into Encore CS4. I followed the instructions (vague as the are) posted on this and several other boards, as well as Adobe's instructions, but still nothing. The only templates for downloading that are readily available come from "Resource Central". However, these provide no Buttons or Toggle Displays. To answer any questions in regard to locating the "Library" folder, there is none. Also, during the initial install (November 08) CS3 was still loaded and I copied it's library folder to Encore CS4's folder, which did work. Unfortunately, having removed CS3, re-installed CS4 and misplaced the CS3 disks there is no longer access to that library. Frankly, I cannot understand why Adobe doesn't provide access to this files without some of us having to jump through hoops. If any of you have an answer to this issue, I'd be happy to give it a try. Cheers Michael

FWIW, I installed the CS4 Production Premium suite from the DVD discs and the Encore library installed automatically. It was even pre-selected for me in the installation main menu. Do you have the CS4 discs, or did you download the suite? If you downloaded, there is probably a separate file for the Encore additional content. At least that's how it was in CS3.

Thank you Jeff for your input. The software is of downloaded kind and from day one Encore never loaded the library automatically. Since originally the CS3 library folder was still available and moving it to Encore's folder, I didn't search for CS4's. It became an issue after uninstalling both CS3 and CS4, due to an incompatibility on a Vista x64 system. The good news ... after searching the unzipped file folders I found "Adobe Encore CS4 Functional Content" located under "Premier Pro Content" folder. In Encore's folder there is a "Setup" application file and it did the trick. Cheers Michael

Hi Sorry for taking so long to reply, been busy with a project that requires getting my head around After Effects. Assuming you downloaded CS4, unzipped all the downloaded files and hopefully have a similar tree structure as I, you should be able to find the "Setup.exe" under a folder "Premier Pro content > Adobe Encore CS4 Functional Content" Please let me know if that works for you. Cheers, Michael
