Problem importing audio to Encore CS4

I've encoded all the video before importing into Encore. I import an .m2v and .m2a file, and then convert them to a Timeline. But only the first second or two of audio appears in the timeline, and the rest isn't there. I know it's there in the .m2a file, because its file size is about the same as the other .m2a files that I imported for other videos of the same length. But for some reason, this particular .m2a only wants to import the first second or two of audio.

All the audio is there on all the other videos I've imported (they're all roughly the same length), and they were all encoded the same way, at the same time, using the same encoding software (Sorenson Squeeze).

The other videos imported fine. All their audio is there. But on this one, only the first couple of seconds wants to show up in Encore.

What's going on?

Does it perhaps have any embedded markers?
