DV/PAL videos 16:9 and 4:3 which were imported to Premier and exported to Encore, have a big black border in every side. When video plays in a DVD player machine, still has these borders.
This problem is only appeared in mini dvs worked from Panasonic proffessional video camera.
What can I do to have a full frame video to my TV screen??

Correct the pixel aspect ratio. You can do this in either Premiere or Encore.
