Hi John, This is the problem. I open a message with a new question. On reading it, I feel reasonably sure the issue is treated in the FAQs. Going to the FAQs and back to the question requires several steps (I know that if you open a new window, some browsers open a duplicate of the window you are in without closing the original, which permits a quick tour to the FAQs and back; but my Mac with Mozilla gives me a blank window...). What I would like to have is a new button that, when clicked, would open the FAQs without closing the original window. I realize that this may not be at all easy, so if I am the only one... But hopefully (for me, not for you) you are right and I didn't explain myself clearly.
