On a one-button Mac, you can activate that menu by either just holding down the mouse-button or, if that doesn't work, hold down the control key while pressing the mouse button.

I often do this if I encounter a topic where I know the answer is already posted. I right-click (albeit a Mac user, I have a three-button mouse) the Forum Search button and open in either a new tab or new window (as the mood takes me). Then I can work with that without losing my original place.

Claudio's quickest route to the FAQ for any particular forum is to use this trick while clicking on the forum name in the breadcrumbs list at the top or bottom of the page. Then the FAQ will be listed at or near the top of list of topics.
