On my Mac with OS X 10.3.4 and Safari 1.2.2 and the standard one-button mouse, only Control + Click yield anything, at least in these Forums....

In read-only text areas, I only have these choices:
View Source
Save Page As...
Print Page...

In the Topic's new message box, I only have these choices:
Cut
Copy
Paste
----------------
Spelling --> [options]
Font --> [options]
Speech --> Start Speaking
Writing Direction --> Left to Right

There is no option that I see to open a second window, except by going to the top menu bar:
File --> New Window
