As she didn't provide an email, I doubt you can contact her from here. Also, last posting in that thread was two days ago, but she hasn't written anything since May 11, when she reported she was trying what had been suggested to her, and said she had six hours to go. I would think that this means her last tests solved her problem and never thought of reporting so here -an extremely frequent occurrence. I would say the suggestions in that thread are very straigtforward and sum up to checking your hard disk, your cables and connections, and your RAM.
