I note in your FAQ for this forum, that you give three possible causes for a submission to remain unanswered?

1. The question has been answered many times and the submitter should check the FAQ.

2. The question is poorly written, or does not contain enough information for anyone to respond.

3. No one knows the anwser.

I submit that one of Adobe's "experts" should review these forums to respond to some of the unanswered questions. Particularly those where "no one knows the answer." There are bound to be times when the end-user community doesn't know the answer to a question, but Adobe's internal experts do. Adobe wouild create enormous goodwill by allowing some of that expertise to leak out in these forums.
