NO. Heathrowe seems like a pretty decent fellow. I also know him from another fairly busy Forum/Website. The REAL problem is with whatever ad service Heathrowe uses to rotate the adverts on his site. He uses their service, and is dealt whatever stuff they put in rotation. The REAL head-shaker is that the same adverts for "OEM" software you see on Heathrowe's site show up EVERYWHERE, including giant vendors like Amazon who should know better and act more responsibly.

Very decent. It's unfortunate that his site is subject to improper advertising. It's unfortunate that something as easily traceable as a website can't lead to criminals.
I have Photoshop and other software, I could start spinning copies and selling them for $45 a pop, and I could probably make a successful venture out of it. However it's a lazy man's approach to poaching profits.
If his website offered adverts for child porn or illegal drugs, it wouldn't matter than he is a nice person, what would matter is that he allowed solicitation through his medium. I'm no web-lawyer, but I have a feeling that those circumstances would lead to an investigation. A blind eye is on the face of the law when it comes to software piracy.

Yes, I can give my vote of confidence for Heathrowe. It is the google ads that show "OEM" software... He's a super generous fellow!
