I'm curious as to what happened to a recent message I sent to the Adobe Reader all Platforms User Forum. My message was read by the individual requesting help and I received a thank you from this person. I later sent another message on the same subject giving further details. I later checked and found another message from this person. However, my initial message to her which provided the initial information she needed was no longer there. I would really like to know what happens to messages like this. This all transpired within 2, perhaps 3 days.

They're right where you put them. Would you expect to keep seeing the same messages over and over every time you visited? It would rapidly become overwhelming to find the new messages. Once you've seen a message a couple of times, unless you specifically go looking for it you won't see it again. Do a search on your name if you want to find them again. Dave

Also, in the thread, you'll see the text that says "Show All Messages". Click that and you can view the whole thread all at once.

Ah, in the last couple of days, there have been a couple of server issues (as regulars will no doubt be aware). We've not received any notification that messages were lost by the recovery process, but that is always a possibility. If so, apologies for the inconvenience. There was no deliberate intention to delete anything (at least, not anything recent -- old messages, really old, drop off the end of the universe regularly). Dave
