Line is missing in last row of tables at end of each page

Hello,

Could someone help me with fixing a table problem? I'm using FrameMaker 6.0 + SGML for Windows, running on Windows 2000 Professional.

I have a section in my document with several page to page-and-a-half long tables. The Table Designer is set to include a thin line for all table cells.

The line displays as specified except for the bottom of the last row on each page where the table continues to the next page. I've checked the custom ruling settings and they specify a thin line, but the line is missing.
