Hello, My workgroup is going from unstructured to Structured FrameMaker. Today (in unstructured Frame), the writers and editors attach notes to one another in our documents using a special "callout" paragraph tag. This tag looks like a yellow post-it and is located outside of the text flow in the left margin. It's created by using one, single-celled, yellow table with very tiny Arial text. Business needs dictate that we must create an XML import/export process. As you know, XML saves each text flow as a separate XML file. (Our post-its will loss their connection to the text they annotate!) Can anyone suggest a better or similar way to annotate that would exist in the same text flow? (I don't have to call in an API developer to settle this, do I?) Many thanks, - Lisa
