I had no choice but to structure my TOC so that it would export to HTML properly when I export the book. (I'm saving HTML directly from Frame.) What Russ describes is accurate. I have to reapply the structure each time I update the TOC, but it isn't all that bad. It just means applying the proper EDD and Conversion table to wrap elements based on paragraph styles. Only takes a minute or two. The real pain is for someone who doesn't _know_ this. You could waste hours figuring this out.
