You know Scott, here I go again, but it seems like it would be the simplest of all plugins to make a "structure enforcer." Just capture the insertion, dragging, or deleting of an element, and prevent it if it causes an invalid situation. Or, prevent the file from being saved if it is invalid. Personally, as a writer, I find it very important to be able to violate the structure temporarily, while I am drafting. If I couldn't do that, it would remove my ability to use the traditional writing concept of the "rough draft." I find that Frame's validation tools are perfectly comprehensive, but non-intrusive.
