Hi Nina...

I'm just now looking at the files you uploaded for me to look at. I'm seeing these errors as well .. in both FM8 DITA and DITA-FMx. I'll need to look into what's going on .. the files look fine to me.

Very strange.

I may not be able to look at this much today, but will hopefully be able to figure it out tomorrow.
