Structure Application Developer's Guide

I've just installed FrameMaker 9.0p196 as part of Technical Communication Suite 2 and I'm having a look around the application to get the feel of it.

There does not seem to be a Structure Application Developer's Guide available for the application, despite it being mentioned in the User Guide:

"For information on creating a structured application and EDD, see the
Structured Application Developers Guide, located in the OnlineManuals
      folder in the FrameMaker9 folder."

There is no OnlineManuals folder, and its replacement, which seems to be the Documents folder, doesn't contain the Structure Application Developer's Guide either. I have tried looking online for it, but without success.

Does anyone know where I might find this document, or indeed if it exists?

Thanks,

Jon
