Shilpa, To add on to the other comments, your question is really too vague for someone to provide a definitive answer. There are lots of paths to XML, each with many different considerations involved, mostly based on what you have now and what kind of XML you are trying to get. And furthermore, what you are trying to do with it afterwards. Perhaps if you clarify your intent, we can help you a little more. Russ
