Thank you for the suggestion. I probably misused the term "localization" while meant "translation". My client does not want to go to the full-scale localization solution by implementing a CMS or other tools that support TM, content reuse, etc...

As for my knowledge, Framemaker does not have a TM support. My client has FM 7.1 and thought that version 8 (with tracking and filtering by attribute) can help him to send only text additions/changes to translator.

I have no experience in programming in FM so I need to know if it is possible to filter changes with FM 8 with a plug-in like FrameSLT and some code example that I can adapt for my needs.
