Copying Elements in Structure View

I have been using Structured Frame 7.1 for some time, and have always been able to select an element in the structure view and copy/paste it....even if it has multiple "child" elements.

I recently installed the trial version of Frame 9, and I am finding that I can NOT copy/paste many of my elements. Some cooperate, some do not. Is this a bug, or am I just doing something wrong?

Joan, I don't have FM9 yet but if this is true, it sounds like a critical bug.

I found the same thing to be true when I tried the trial version of Frame 8. I was told by another user that it was working properly in Frame 9, but that does not seem to be the case.

Can anyone tell me how to report a bug?

I am using FM 7.2 and there are times that cutting and pasting does not work even in that version, specifically cutting multiply sequential elements and pasting them inside another element, that is at a lower level. It usually pastes only the first element in the selection.

My aching wrists can attest to how many times I've copied and pasted in the Structure View, yet I've never seen this. I'd be quite agitated if I had.
