Belynda,

Both are very good sources for training. There are quite a number of
others and some do offer on-line training sessions with an instructor
(rather than just self-paced tutorials,) which could make your travel
budget available for more courses instead.

For example,

http://www.microtype.com/training.html
http://www.iconlogic.com/FrameMaker8VirtualClass.html
http://www.scriptorium.com/training/options.html or
http://www.scriptorium.com/training/schedule.html

There's also the option of having the instructors come to your site
for customized training, which might be more focused and effective. In
this case, additional options would include companies such as
Front-Runner Training, Publishing Smarter, KnowHow Pro, and Grafix
Training.
