Use different numbering series for paragraphs whose numbering
need to be independent. For the Figure paragraphs, add "F:"
at the start of the autonumber string, and for the questions
add "Q:" or "N:". The letter doesn't matter, as long as they
are different. The "F" series will be numbered independently
from the "Q" series.
